Subscription Tiers
- Classic Tier: Full access to gexbot Classic real-time GEX ladders, zero gamma, major levels, daily EOD forwardfill reports, and desktop plugin access.
- State Tier: Unlocks Options Profile (OP), GEX Profile, DEX Ladder, Convexity Ladder, -Vanna/Charm Ladder, and Live Contracts.
- Orderflow Tier: Unlocks real-time synchronized time-series subplots, threshold filtering, and the Orderflow Profile overlay.
- Quant Tier: Unlocks high-throughput developer REST APIs, low-latency WebSocket streaming feeds, and 90-day rolling historical snapshot downloads.
- gbR Research Add-on: Quantitative options research interface, terminal slash commands, 3D volatility surfaces, and automated watchlist sync.
Billing & Cancellation Policies
- Stripe Customer Portal: Click Manage Subscription in your User Profile to update payment cards, view invoices, or change subscription tiers.
- Cancellation: When you cancel your subscription, you retain full access to your package until the end of your current billing period.
- Promo Codes: Promotional coupon codes apply exclusively to first-time monthly subscribers (not applicable to renewals or multi-month packages).
- Social Connections: Link Discord and GitHub accounts under Socials (
/user/socials) to synchronize bot roles, server permissions, and community access.
